Licensing

All our WordPress themes and plugins are licensed under the GNU general public license. Please check your license.txt in your theme folder after you download it. See http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html

Theme Subscription

All our premium themes comes with initial 1 year of Subscription. This means that you can download the updates and get private support forum access till 1 year of purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates and get private support forum access. But this subscription has nothing to do with the usages of the theme to your site. You can use it in your site as long as you want it without renewing your subscription.

Refund Policy

Since ThemeSaga is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we issue refunds case by case basis only. Refund has to be processed within 14 days of purchase order.

Ownership and Liability

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.

Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
