Our Support Policy

  • The support is about helping you install & configure theme to best suit your needs and also help you with some basic tweaks if required. It does not cover tasks such as heavy customization or creating additional features.
  • Our office workdays are Monday through Friday. So we'd be providing support from mails and forums on those days. Sometimes we'd be providing support on weekends too but we do not guarantee that there will always be support available on weekends. Also, please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not always be possible. We will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Generally the support time ranges from few minutes to 24 hours time (working days). For our free products, we will try our best to get back to you but cannot guarantee an exact timeframe.
  • Our support is limited to our themes. Support does not include customization service or modifications which include editing the template code of the Theme.
  • In any case, we’re not able to support third party plugins or ensure that each one works properly with our themes.
  • Our Premium theme/plugin user will always get dedicated priority support over the free theme/plugin user.
